Cloud MCP uses the endpoint and separate read/write/execution permissions in MCP connection guidance. Fresh customer-grant qualification for Codex remains in progress. An accepted OAuth callback does not establish successful tool calls. See MCP availability.

Configure a manual CLI connection

For a manual connection test, use the current Codex MCP documentation and installed CLI help. Altifigence supports dynamic client registration (DCR); select that mode for OAuth login. These commands configure a connection and do not establish client qualification.

Complete Account consent in the browser, then inspect the connection in Codex with /mcp. Verify identity, project listing and a saved-file read using the first-read sequence. If the installed client does not recognize an option, use its versioned help; do not substitute an old client ID or a copied token.
