When a desktop download is unavailable
Read the Windows download status and distinguish an unavailable download from a failed file verification.
Use this page when downloading a Digital Design Studio installer from the Altifigence website.
Check the Windows download message
If Couldn’t check the latest version. The download still works. appears, the Windows download link remains active. Select Download for Windows to request the installer, or Try again to check the version again.
If The Windows download isn’t available right now. appears, select Try again to check again.
If the download returns an unavailable response
An installer request that returns HTTP 503 with {"available":false} did not provide an installer. The download status request can return HTTP 200 with the same body.
This response can mean the approved channel is missing, the channel could not be validated, or a required file could not be verified. The response alone does not identify which check failed. It is separate from a checksum or signature check on a file you already downloaded.
If a downloaded file fails verification
Follow Verify Downloads for the installer and its matching verification files. If a check fails, do not install or run the file.
Download a fresh installer and matching verification files from the official HTTPS links into a new folder. If verification fails again, send the filename, version, calculated SHA-256 and exact failing command to contact@altifigence.com.
