View and edit access in shared Cloud projects
Understand the view and edit access shown for a shared Cloud project.
A shared Cloud project has a view or edit access setting for each participant.

View and edit access
Can view: Open the project and read its saved files.
Can edit: Read, edit and save project files.
Check your access
Select your account name at the lower left, then select Settings. Open Flow stages and choose Project in the stage selector.
Find the project in Projects shared with me. Its entry shows who shared it and your access.
Select the project name to open it.
Choose access when sharing
For a personal Cloud project you manage, use the Access setting shown in Share this project. Choose Can view or Can edit when creating an invitation link. The participant list shows each person's current access.
