Understand cost-equivalent hours
Read the one-core hour unit used to express your weekly QUOTA.
The hours in your weekly QUOTA summary express the allowance on a standard one-core cost-equivalent basis.
Allowance and running time
Cost-equivalent hours ≠ actual running time.
Unified QUOTA
- 1. QUOTA remaining
- 2. Cloud hours left this week (1-core basis)
Actual running time
- 3. Operation starts
- 4. Operation ends
Connections
- 1. QUOTA remaining → 2. Cloud hours left this week (1-core basis): Period rate basis
- 3. Operation starts → 4. Operation ends: Operation duration
Read the unit
When a weekly hour readout is shown, the summary converts the active allowance into hours using that period's rate basis. Agent usage funded by the organization's included allowance reduces this balance.
Cost-equivalent hours describe the allowance. Actual running time describes the duration of a particular operation.
Compare the balances
In Unified QUOTA, read QUOTA remaining, QUOTA used and QUOTA reserved for the same organization and allowance period. Compare the remaining hours with the total shown for that period.
Check the period
Read the displayed reset date and time in your device's local time. For the steps to find the summary, see Read your weekly QUOTA.
