Audit capacity
Read your organization's audit capacity, stored usage and forecast.
In the Cloud admin window for your team organization, open Audit. With admin.audit.settings.read, Audit retention and capacity shows the organization's current settings and usage.
Capacity source
Capacity shows the active member count multiplied by capacity per member. The count includes free and paid memberships. The default is 1 GB per member, with 1 GB equal to 1000000000 bytes. An organization capacity override supplies the total when configured. Check the displayed capacity source and override together.
Incident response headroom (inside the total capacity) identifies the headroom included in the total.
Usage and forecast
Stored usage shows the usage estimate against total capacity and a percentage. Reserved capacity (separate from stored usage) appears separately. Usage as of (UTC) identifies the usage measurement time.
Recent growth per day (gross appends) averages appended bytes across observed days among the last seven completed UTC days. Observed days gives the number of days included. Forecast full date (UTC) and Forecast calculated at (UTC) identify the projected date and calculation time.
The panel identifies counting in progress, unknown values and stale usage. Read these notices alongside the displayed figures. Use Reload settings and usage to retrieve the current snapshot.
