When QUOTA cannot cover a request

Check a QUOTA refusal, read the reset time and choose how to continue.

Agent can refuse a request when the remaining included QUOTA cannot cover it. Read the notice and its refill time; a refusal can occur while some QUOTA remains.

Check the active allowance

  1. Confirm the organization, then open your profile menu at the bottom of the navigation panel and select Usage.

  2. Compare QUOTA remaining, QUOTA used and QUOTA reserved, and read the displayed reset date and time.

  3. If the weekly allowance is used up, wait for the displayed reset before using that allowance again.

Your files and workspace remain available. Purchased balances remain separate from the included weekly hours.

Continue with your own API key

  1. In the Agent notice, select Open AI connections.

  2. Connect your own provider API key.

  3. Choose a model from that connection, then send your request again.

Your provider bills usage of your own API key. BYOK does not consume the organization's included QUOTA.

Distinguish limits and purchase permissions

A spending-limit notice refers to a separate cap. Changing a cap does not refill the organization's weekly allowance.

QUOTA exhaustion does not itself authorize a purchase or turn on automatic top-up. Purchased-balance use and automatic top-up require their own permission or consent.
