Existing allowances and the weekly transition

Read an eligible existing allowance and the weekly period that follows it.

For an organization with an eligible existing monthly or legacy allowance, the active allowance keeps its recorded period while its eligibility remains valid.

From existing allowance to weekly

    Keep its recorded period while eligible.

  2. Weekly eligibility check

    After the eligible existing period ends.

  3. Weekly allowance if eligible

    Follow the current weekly policy.

Read the existing period

Read the active allowance and its displayed reset or expiry. During this period, the QUOTA summary follows the existing allowance's cadence.

Read the weekly period that follows

After the eligible existing funding period ends, subsequent grants follow the current weekly policy and the organization's eligibility. The service uses an eligible existing allowance first, then checks eligibility for a weekly grant.
