Read your weekly QUOTA

Find the remaining weekly QUOTA, reserved usage and next reset for your organization.

When your organization shows a weekly allowance, use the QUOTA summary in Digital Design Studio to read its balance. Eligible Cloud computation and Agent share the included allowance.

Check the weekly balance

  1. Confirm the selected organization, then select QUOTA at the bottom of the Cloud navigation panel.

  2. Under Unified QUOTA, read Cloud hours left this week (1-core basis). The hours express the allowance on a standard one-core cost-equivalent basis.

  3. Compare QUOTA remaining, QUOTA used and QUOTA reserved. Remaining QUOTA is available for new work; used QUOTA records usage in the active window; reserved QUOTA is held for active work.

  4. Read Next reset for the next reset date and time, shown in your device's local time.

Read the active allowance

Purchased Credit balances are shown separately from the included weekly allowance. Read the active period and reset shown for your organization.

Read a grant status

The summary shows a status message while the allowance is being prepared, before a grant has been made, or when QUOTA information is unavailable. These messages are distinct from a granted balance that has been used up.
