Ask about a missing QUOTA grant

Record the displayed grant status and ask support to check an expected allowance.

When you expected a QUOTA grant and the summary shows a grant-status message, keep that message with your inquiry.

Record the grant status

  1. Confirm the selected organization, then open your profile menu and select Usage.

  2. Read the message under Unified QUOTA.

  3. Copy the full message, including any request to verify payment, the plan or the grant period.

The Usage tab is selected among the Usage, Plan and Payment methods tabs. Under Unified QUOTA, the message reads: No Cloud hours have been granted for this week. Starting work grants only the remaining allowance; if it is exhausted, no more hours are granted until the next weekly reset.

Unified QUOTA shows a grant-status message: no Cloud hours have been granted for this week.

Ask support to check the grant

Contact support@altifigence.com with the organization name, the full message, when you saw it, and the allowance you expected.
