Time-pack balances and readiness
Read purchased pack balances and expiry, and distinguish them from included QUOTA and existing Credit.
In Cloud, Time packs in Usage shows pack information for your signed-in account's selected organization.
Pack balance labels
Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
Purchased pack hours | The organization's remaining purchased pack balance, recorded in hours. |
Expires | The next pack-balance expiry date, shown as a UTC calendar date. This row appears when the readout includes an expiry date. |
Preparing | The panel is waiting for an accepted pack readout or displays the returned preparation state. |
Distinguish the balances
Balance | Where it is recorded |

Included allowance | Unified QUOTA records the active period's grant, remaining allowance, usage and reservations. |
Purchased pack balance | Purchased pack hours records purchased pack hours and their next expiry. |
Existing purchased Credit | Agent credits and Compute credits identify the separate purchased Credit wallets. |
Windows desktop
On Windows desktop, Open web billing page opens the organization's time-pack page in your browser. Choosing Buy for a time pack opens checkout on www.altifigence.com in a new window or tab.
