Read the included allowance

Agent requests funded by the organization's included QUOTA draw from that allowance. When an active weekly allowance is shown, Unified QUOTA displays QUOTA remaining, QUOTA used and QUOTA reserved for its period.

Read purchased balances separately

Purchased Credit is recorded in separate wallets. Read those balances separately from the included weekly hours. Each balance keeps its own purpose and accounting.
