Find and place a component

Search the ALcad component library and place a component in a circuit.

Use the component library in an open ALcad circuit on Cloud or Windows.

Find a component

  1. Find Component library in the left panel. If the panel is closed, choose Show design hierarchy in the header.

  2. Enter a component name in Search components.

  3. Choose the component from the results.

Place the component

  1. Click the canvas where you want to place the component.

After choosing a component, you can also press Enter to place it at the center of the visible canvas.
