Change component properties

Edit a component’s reference, values, position and rotation, then check its pins and nets.

Edit component properties in an open ALcad circuit on Cloud or Windows.

Edit a component

  1. Right-click the component and choose Edit properties.

  2. Change Reference or the component’s values. For a resistor, enter the Resistance value in Ω.

  3. Expand Position and rotation to change X, Y or Rotation (°).

  4. Choose Apply component properties.

Check pins and nets

Check Pins and nets to see the component’s pins and their connected nets.
