ALcad component kinds
Find bundled circuit components by category and check their SPICE model types.
The ALcad Component library contains 155 component kinds: 92 for analog circuits and 63 for digital circuits. The categories and component kinds below apply to Cloud and the Windows app.
Component categories
The library shows components for the current circuit type. Use Search components to find a component or category by name. The table lists every bundled component kind under its library category, with counts for each circuit type.

Component models
Select a component to inspect its parameters. Components with behavior notes show them under Ideal / behavioral model or Pin behavior. The library labels identify ideal, behavioral, electrical and logic variants.
For the semiconductor kinds below, SPICE model offers imported models of the matching type. Choose Generic SPICE model to use the component’s generic model parameters. Choosing an imported model replaces the generic model parameters.
