Save and reopen an EUV clip setup
Save the current clip setup as a new project file, then reopen it.
Save the setup
In Cloud or Windows vFactory, select a project with project-file access and open EUV clip. Use a valid clip from the current project, with valid JSON settings.
Under Project setup and result, choose Save new project file. You can save the setup before running imaging.
Wait for Verified project receipt, then check the file path and SHA-256.
Reopen the setup
Choose Refresh project files. In Saved project file, select a file, then choose Open project file.
Each save creates a new file of up to 1 MiB. Completed local runs store exact requests, the source SHA, engine identity and a result digest. On reopen, the app recomputes with the same engine artifact before verifying the result.
