Refresh an earlier process result

Run the current inputs again when a process result belongs to earlier inputs or a project revision.

Inputs changed. In Cloud or Windows, Process models shows this warning when an earlier execution or result does not match the current inputs or project revision.

Read the warning

  • The displayed result belongs to an earlier input. Run the updated model to refresh it.

  • The recorded execution belongs to earlier inputs or a different project revision. Run the current model again.

Process models in Wafer process after one input was changed. The Inputs changed banner says: The displayed result belongs to an earlier input. Run the updated model to refresh it. The diffusion step Anneal layers now shows Duration (s) 60, the Computed results of the earlier run are still displayed, and the status bar also reads Inputs changed.

The warning marks the displayed result as one from earlier inputs. Run the current model to replace it with a result for the current inputs.

Run the current model

  1. In Wafer process or Fab simulation, review the current inputs.

  2. If Project changed also appears, follow its message: Open a process document in this project or start a new one.

  3. Once project files are available and any current simulation or project-file operation has finished, choose Run simulation.

  4. Wait for Simulation complete before reading the updated result.
