Lot completion and delivery times
Read lot states, cycle times and delivery totals in Design to wafer.
This reference applies to vFactory in Cloud 2.1.2.10 and Windows 2.1.2.3.
Lot completion and delivery appears after a run completes or a verified saved result is opened.
Lot times
Completion and delivery are seconds from simulation start. Cycle time is elapsed seconds from lot release.
Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
Lot | The lot ID. |
Wafers | The requested wafer count for the lot. |
Cycle (s) | Elapsed time from lot release to fab completion. |
Completion (s) | Lot release time plus simulated cycle time. |
Delivery (s) | Completion time plus the sum of imported backend step durations. For a fab-only model, delivery equals completion. |
Lot states
Time cells for unfinished lots show Not completed.
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Completed | The lot completed its route. |
Not released | The lot release time is after the simulation horizon. |
Incomplete at horizon | The lot was released and is unfinished at the simulation horizon. |
Totals
Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
Completed wafers | Total wafers in completed lots. |
Expected good dies · Poisson, Expected good dies · Murphy, Expected good dies · Negative binomial | Completed wafers × dies per wafer × the corresponding yield-model probability. |
Overall delivery | The latest lot delivery time when every requested lot is complete; otherwise Not completed. |
