Run and replay reference AMHS transport

Enable reference AMHS, review its assumptions, run the reference simulation and replay recorded vehicle movements.

Enable reference AMHS

In Cloud, open vFactory → Wafer Process & Fab, then select Reference fab.

  1. Open Fab settings, then expand Fab setup.

  2. Select Enable reference AMHS.

  3. Review the displayed OHT vehicle count, speed, loading and unloading times, lot count and run duration.

Run the reference simulation

  1. Select Run reference simulation.

  2. To stop an active run, select Cancel reference simulation.

  3. After the simulation completes, keep Fab settings open to use the playback controls.

Replay recorded transport

  1. Select Play simulation to replay the recorded events. Select Pause simulation to pause.

  2. Adjust Playback speed, drag Simulation time (s) or enter a value in Seek to seconds to inspect another moment. Press Enter after entering seconds.

  3. Select Restart playback to return to the start.

Editing the scene clears the current replay. Select Run reference simulation again to record a run for the changed scene.
