Change line wrapping and the minimap

Turn line wrapping and the editor minimap on or off in Digital Design Studio.

These steps apply to Digital Design Studio on Cloud and Windows.

Change line wrapping

1. Open a text file in the editor.

2. Choose View → Command Palette.

3. Search for Toggle word wrap and select the command.

With line wrapping on, long lines continue on the next display line to fit the editor width. Run Toggle word wrap again to switch the setting back.

Show or hide the minimap

1. Choose View → Command Palette again.

2. Search for Toggle minimap and select the command.

The minimap is a small overview of your file beside the editor. Run Toggle minimap again to show or hide it.
