Save and reopen a SPEF report

Save a SPEF summary, configured analysis or corner comparison as a project JSON report and open it again.

Use a Cloud 2.1.2.10 project or a Local project in Digital Design Studio for Windows 2.1.2.3. Sign in with an active paid plan and select an organization with access to SPEF computation. The calculation runs on this device. You need write access to the project.

Save the report

  1. In Flow Navigator, expand Analysis and choose SPEF RC analysis.

  2. Enter the saved SPEF input path. For a configured analysis or corner comparison, also enter Configured-analysis JSON.

  3. Choose Summarize passive R/C, Run configured analysis or Compare min / typ / max, and wait for the result.

  4. Choose Save report to project and note the displayed saved path.

The app creates a project file named spef-report-<uuid>.json.

Reopen the saved report

  1. In Explorer, open the JSON file at the saved path.

  2. Read SPEF result. The report shows the passive R/C summary, configured analysis or corner comparison that you saved.

  3. Expand Saved input identities to inspect the input paths, their SHA-256 hashes and the engine identity.
