Free space after a Cloud storage save refusal

Use an account with the Owner or Admin role in the project's organization to follow these steps.

Follow these steps when a save reports that your organization's Cloud storage limit would be exceeded. The notice confirms that your edits are kept.

Free storage

Deleting a project permanently removes its files and their earlier versions.

1. Select Manage storage in the save notice.

2. In Project list, check the organization and select another unused project in that organization that you are ready to delete permanently.

3. Open Project settings and select Delete project.

4. Read the deletion warning. Enter the project's name exactly, then select Delete project.

5. After freeing enough space, return to your file and save it again.
