Testbench simulation receipt

Read the saved receipt and waveform identity fields for Windows 2.1.2.3 testbench runs.

On Windows 2.1.2.3, testbench run receipts are stored at .alti/sim/<runId>/receipt.json inside the local project.

Receipt fields

`view`	VCD view metadata, or `null`.
`startedAtMs`, `finishedAtMs`	Start and finish timestamps in milliseconds.

Waveform fields

A waveform object contains format (vcd or fst), path, sizeBytes and sha256. The view object contains the same fields with format: "vcd". An FST conversion also records convertedBy.tool: "fst2vcd" and convertedBy.version.

The waveform label shows the top module, simulator version, suite release and view format. The viewer identifies the VCD view with <runId>:<view.sha256>.

Read the result

The Testbench view shows the run result. Expand Simulator log to read the output. A testbench failure reported in the log is shown as a failed result even when the simulator exits with code 0.
